Jim Scatigna is currently Executive Vice President at ERP Staffing. His responsibilities touch upon every facet of the company including strategy development; new business development; sales; marketing; consulting; contract management; Recruitment and client delivery, general regulatory compliance; managing of technical resources and projects He also manages key consulting practices and growth areas, ranging from Healthcare to Light Industrial to IT to Client
Relationships, working closely with clients and consultants alike.
Prior to joining ERP Staffing in 2021, Jim was employed at 22nd Century Technologies as Vice President where he managed their commercial staffing division. Combined with his invaluable training and background as a Sales Guru and Mentor, Jim is considered a leader in the field. He has authored articles, spoken at conferences, and participated in networking conferences around North America.
His knowledge of the vendor community, software tools and industry trends resulted in his appointment as the first Executive Vice President of ERP Staffing. Jim also served as ERP Staffing’s representative to various organizations such as the NMSDC, VMSA, and others.
Jim served in the USAF between 1982 – 1995 as a Medical Instructor and ran an Emergency Room while stationed in Arkansas at a Strategic Air Command base. Jim was also stationed in Germany in the 1990s.
He is a veteran of Desert Storm and has been awarded over 28 medals
and awards while on active duty, including the Meritorious Service Medal, Outstanding Organization Award, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Organization of Excellence Award, USAF Commendation Medal, Marksman ribbon, Saudi Arabian Medal for the Liberation of Kuwait, and the Southwest Asia Service Medals.
Jim is a Licensed Private Pilot, Instrument rated, and has flown his plane all over Europe and the US. He is an active member in the Sales & Marketing community and can often be found at local
meetups and conferences in and around the entire country.
He studied Allied Health Sciences at the US Air Force Academy and Marketing & Advertising at Boston University.
