ERP Consulting worked immaculately on aligning the Safety Analytic and Metrics Management (SAMM) system into Pfizer’s system for better performance and compliance reporting to ensure that the company’s safety processes and data meet the expected quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
Spearheading the project of SAMM deployment, we analyzed business problems and planned the universe solution that satisfies the user needs and reporting analysis. Our experts extensively used the Designer Module to implement the universe, join the tables, create prompts and queries, and parse the objects.
The team exported the universes to the repository to make the resources available to the users. To streamline the data of 25 classes and 500 objects in the universe, we added various predefined conditions to it. We were integral to resolving problems like ‘Chasm Trap’ and ‘Fan Trap’. We also developed BO reports using queries, cross tabs, and master detail.
All these initiatives were led by our team, and we witnessed the transition of Pfizer’s operations into more seamless processes and integrated solutions.
