Working through the transition phase of the Solo Cup company that manufactures consumer packaging products including disposable beverage cups, disposable plates, and bowls, was where we mastered the ‘Ad hoc Reporting Environment’ management. While the company installed and configured SAP Business Objects Rapid Mart, our experts managed it for SAP ECC e-business application. We customized predefined ETL jobs/data mart, BO Universe and Webi reports as per the current business needs. We were responsible for requirement gathering for ETL jobs, Universe, and Webi reports from users.
Our team led the process of analyzing and tuning BOBJ Universes in accordance with the new business requirements. The existing ETL processes were debugged, troubleshot optimized, and tuned. We were entrusted with the task of streamlining the reports, so, we designed, built, and published a set of web-based financial reports and Xcelsius dashboard with interactive analytical capabilities associated with GL accounts.
In order to serve the new business needs well, we created and implemented Crystal Xcelsius Dashboard with dimensional data connection by using Query as a Web Service (QAAWS), Webi, and Crystal Report Services.
